Planning and designing your session
 

The experience starts with an optional pre-shoot consultation, where we will discuss wardrobe, logistics, preparation, and any other details you may wish to include for your shoot. This consultation can be a quick Skype session, or email or text with pics of what you might be considering bringing and we can discuss details like how long in the studio and other logistic details.

My home studio is located in Calgary, McKenzie Lake, and I have a staff Hair & Makeup artist.

 

Hair & Makeup
 

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of professional hair and makeup. I work with multiple top stylists and makeup artists in Calgary area to guarantee your portraits are absolutely stunning and will turn heads!

Some clients prefer to do their own hair & makeup and that is OK too. But remember, most of the women you have seen in my social media have had a professional take care of that for them!

 

The Shoot
 

We usually start at 11AM and you can plan to spend a minimum of 3 hours. On the day of the shoot, you will arrive at my studio; we greet you, get you into hair and makeup and make choices from the wardrobe you brought and further discuss concepts for the shoot if we have not already determined that in your pre-shoot consultation. The photo shoot follows and typically lasts 1.5 - 2 hours. This is going to be fun! I will photograph you like we are shooting the cover for Vanity Fair! Don’t worry about the details, I will pose you down to the very last eyelash! We’ll work together to capture the PERFECT shot!

 

Choose Your Favorite Images
 

Next, I choose approx. 20-30 epic shots, give them my signature retouch and about a week to 14 days from the session arrange for a private viewing of the shoot and selection/purchase session.

Most clients purchase my middle package which includes 15 matted prints and comes in a beautiful keepsake box made in Italy. Some clients spend $600 and some spend $6000. There is no hard sell and what you buy is completely up to you. And I mean that. I promise you an amazing experience, beautiful legacy portraits and No Regrets!
